Eat Clean Cookbook by Tosca Reno

Tosca Reno is a woman that at the age of 40 she was unhappy, overweight, and completely miserable. She decided to make a change by entering bodybuilding competitions and writing for Oxygen Magazine. Through her "Raise the Bar" monthly feature Reno ended up with the inspiration to put together her Eat-Clean Diet series. Through this series she covers healthy eating habits, how to gain or lose weight (since apparently there are people that have problems gaining weight), gaining muscle, boosting your metabolism, increasing your energy level, and just being happy overall.

I have purchased two of her Eat-Clean Diet books and the recipes are awesome and tasty. Reno is truly an inspiration. If someone at the age of 40 can make such a large life change then anyone can do it. Her eat clean diet recipes include fresh ingredients, and food products that are key to the highest quality diet you can use, without saying "don't eat this" and "don't eat that." They are full of flavors and ingredients that many fad diets might not "allow" you to have. Now you can have your cake and eat it too.

Tosca Reno has become my idol! I've been following The Eat-Clean Diet for about 6 months, and I've never felt better! I shudder to call it a diet since I'll be eating clean for the rest of my life! I have loss excess weight, my skin is clearer, I have more energy, and I am a much happier person.
I recommend taking a look at her books to ANYONE!
