Healthy Skin and Your Diet

For those of you, like myself, who weren't so lucky (or still aren't) to have completely flawless skin, you have probably also been like me in trying several different facial cleansers, creams, etc. to get rid of what you don't like. Instead of spending hundreds, even thousands, of dollar, save a few bucks and eat a little bit healthier. Not only will your body feel better, but it'll improve your skin too. Killing two birds with one stone - can't ask for much more than that.

A balanced diet, cutting out excessive sugars, processed foods, and fatty foods, plus drinking plenty of water will help clear your skin. Water isn't just for your insides staying hydrated, but it hydrates your skin and helps rid it of any of the dirt that is in it.
